Where the Hell’s Summer?

Luckily for us, we live in Florida’s Emerald Coast, where summer is just a weekend away and the beach is even closer!

So, it’s time to say farewell to all of the spice-laden, complex flavors of  fall and winter and say hello to the fruity florals of Spring and Summer! We’re celebrating these seasonal brew changes with Southern Tier Brewing Company’s Spring Lager.

Where the Helles Summer?  is the perfect answer to its own question. This lager is so light and refreshing, it quells the hot, humid days that have already arrived. With 4.6% ABV, it’s so easy to drink and pairs well with just about anything.

Although it’s brewed with 3 varieties of hops and 3 types of malts,  it comes together in a simplistic flavor-it doesn’t have any overpowering or emphasized flavor- and has a smooth finish. We would definitely buy this again.
