We’re a day late and a dollar short for Craft Brew Wednesdays, but we’re right on time for Thirsty Thursday!

What better way to celebrate than with a small taste of the “Feasting, Imbibery, and Debauchery” observed daily at McGuire’s Irish Pub in Pensacola and Destin, FL.

Behold, McGuire’s Irish Red:

This ale is the only craft brew available in stores from McGuire’s. It is a smooth, amber (looks darker in the picture because of the blackboard behind it) ale with a small head. There are slight hints of caramel in this malty beer.

We paired this tasty ale with left over pork chops and applesauce from McGuire’s. (Yes, there may have been some feasting and/or imbibery that kept us from posting yesterday!)
